Elizabeth Davidson Fraser (rođena 29. augusta 1963) škotska je pjevačica. Poznata je kao pjevačica Cocteau Twinsa, grupe koja je postigla globalni uspjeh od sredine 1980-ih do kasnih 1990-ih. Albumi Cocteau Twinsa kao što su Victorialand, Heaven or Las Vegas, Blue Bell Knoll, Four-Calendar Café i Milk & Kisses stekli su priznanja, dosegnuvši najviše pozicije na britanskim i američkim ljestvicama albuma. Fraser je također bila dio This Mortal Coil i bila pjevačica na hitu Massive Attacka "Teardrop".
Album Heaven or Las Vegas dobio je hvalospjeve kritičara i nalazio se na raznim listama "najboljih albuma". Fraserin poseban vokalni stil dobio je visoke pohvale, a prozvana je "glasom Boga". Nakon što su se Cocteau Twins raspali, nastavila je skromnu solo karijeru i surađivala s drugim umjetnicima. Nastupala je sa Peterom Gabrielom i Paulom Buchananom, objavila solo singlove poput "Underwater" i "Moses", a 2022. objavila je EP Sun's Signature.[1] Fraser je, zajedno s bivšim kolegama iz benda Robinom Guthriejem i Simonom Raymondeom, dobila nagradu Visionary koju dodjeljuje The Ivors Academy.[2]
