Pulitzerova nagrada za biografiju jedna je od sedam američkih Pulitzerovih nagrada koje se godišnje dodjeljuju za književnost, dramu i muziku. Nagrada odaje priznanje "uglednoj i prikladno dokumentovanoj biografiji američkog autora."[1] Nagrada je u novčanom iznosu od 15.000 USD.[1]

Od 1917. do 2022. ova nagrada je bila poznata kao Pulitzerova nagrada za biografiju ili autobiografiju i dodjeljivala se istaknutoj biografiji, autobiografiji ili memoarima[2] američkog autora ili koautora, objavljenih tokom prethodne kalendarske godine. Dakle, to je jedan od originalnih Pulitzera, jer je program inauguriran 1917. sa sedam nagrada, od kojih su četiri dodijeljene te godine.[3]
