El Gran Premi del Japó de motociclisme de 2013 va ser la dissetena cursa de la temporada 2013 de motociclisme. La cursa es disputà al Circuit de Motegui (Motegui, Japó) el cap de setmana del 25 al 27 d'octubre de 2013.
Amb la victòria de Jorge Lorenzo en MotoGP Yamaha aconseguí la seva victòria número 200 en la categoria MotoGP/500 cc.[1] El català Pol Espargaró aconseguí el títol en Moto2 amb la seva victòria en la categoria i els accidents de Scott Redding i Esteve Rabat, que finalitzaren la prova sense puntuar.[2][3]

En la primera sortida la carrera fou interrompuda en la primera volta, després de l'accident ocorregut entre Scott Redding, Álex Mariñelarena i Esteve Rabat. Amb la represa, la distància fou reduïda de 23 a 15 voltes.[4]
