Alastair HUMPHREYS (naskita la 27-an de novembro 1976) estas brita aventuristo, verkisto kaj biciklisto. Dum kvarjara periodo li biciklis 74 000 km ĉirkaŭ la mondo [1]. Li estas respondeca por la ideo de la mikroadventuro – mallongaj, lokaj, alireblaj aventuroj.
National Geographic nomis lin Aventuristo de la Jaro en 2012 [2].
