آپتینورین (انگلیسی: Optineurin) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «OPTN» کُدگذاری می‌شود.^[۴]^[۵]^[۶]

اهمیت بالینی

آپتینورین در بروز «آب‌سیاه با فشار طبیعی» و همچنین «آب‌سیاه زاویه باز بالغین» نقش دارد. این پروتئین از طریق مکانیسم‌هایی، موجب تنگ‌شدن عروق و همچنین آپوپتوز می‌گردد.

آپتینورین با هانتینگتین، تعامل پروتئین-پروتئین دارد.^[۷]^[۸]
