هومولوگ بزرگ ۱ دیسک (انگلیسی: Discs large homolog 1) که با نام پروتئین شماره ۹۷ مرتبط با سیناپس یا SAP97 هم شناخته میشود، یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «SAP97» کُدگذاری میشود.
