پروتئین شبه مغز متفکر ۱ (انگلیسی: Mastermind-like protein 1) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «MAML1» کُدگذاری می‌شود.^[۴][۵][۶] این پروتئین احتمالاً یک راه‌انداز فاکتور رونویسی در مسیر پیام‌رسانی سلولی Notch است.^[۶]
