نورِکسین-۳-آلفا (انگلیسی: Neurexin-3-alpha) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «NRXN3» کُدگذاری می‌شود.^[۴][۵][۶] این ژن به همراه ژن NRXN1 از بزرگترین ژن‌های انسان محسوب می‌شوند.

تصور بر آن است که این پروتئین در انعطاف‌پذیری سیناپسی (Synaptic plasticity) نقش داشته باشد و پُلی‌مورفیسم در این ژن را، به استعداد ژنتیکی افراد در اعتیاد به الکل یا سوءمصرف مواد^[۷][۸][۹] و همچنین چاقی^[۱۰] نسبت داده‌اند.
