گیرندهٔ شمارهٔ ۵ اسفنگوزین-۱-فسفات (انگلیسی: Sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor 5) یا به اختصار S1PR5، یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «S1PR5» کُدگذاری می‌شود.

این پروتئین نوعی گیرنده جفت‌شونده با پروتئین جی است که به مولکول لیپیدی پیام‌رسان اسفنگوزین-۱-فسفات متصل می شود و از این جهت گاهی نیز، S1P5 نامیده می‌شود.[۴]
