گیرندهٔ چشایی نوع ۲، عضو ۱۰ (انگلیسی : Taste receptor type 2 member 10 ) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «TAS2R10 » کُدگذاری میشود.[ ۴] [ ۵] [ ۶]
این ژن و پروتئینش در حسِ چشایی در انسان و شناخت مزه تلخی نقش دارند.
این گیرندهٔ چشایی علاوه بر زبان، در ماهیچههای صاف مجاری تنفسی نیز بیان میشود و میتواند باعث گشادی مجاری تنفسی گردد.[ ۷]
