اسفنگوزین کیناز ۲ (انگلیسی: Sphingosine kinase 2) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «SPHK2» کُدگذاری می‌شود.^[۴]

این پروتئین، واکنشِ فسفریلاسیون و تبدیل اسفنگوزین به اسفنگوزین-۱-فسفات را میانجیگری و تسهیل می‌کند. محصول حاصله در بسیاری از فرایندهای مهم سلولی همچون کوچ یاخته، خزان یاخته‌ای، رشد یاخته و در ایجاد سرطان از طریق ایجاد تومور و رگ‌زایی دخالت دارد.
