لاتروفیلین ۱ (انگلیسی: Latrophilin 1) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «ADGRL1» کُدگذاری می‌شود.^[۴][۵]

این گیرنده یکی از اعضای خانوادهٔ بزرگ «گیرنده‌های جفت‌شونده با پروتئین جی، ویژهٔ چسبندگی» است.

این پروتئین سمی به نام آلفا لاتروتوکسین را در زهر عنکبوت‌های بیوه سیاه بکار می‌گیرد تا غشاء پلاسمایی سلول را سیناپس کند.^[۵]
