پروتئین Rab-27A مرتبط با Ras (انگلیسی: Ras-related protein Rab-27A) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «RAB27A» کُدگذاری می‌شود.^[۴][۵]

پروتئین یادشده، متعلق به خانوادهٔ پروتئین‌های Rab است که خود، جزئی از اَبَـرخانوادهٔ «جی‌تی‌پی‌آزهای کوچک» هستند. ژن «RAB27A» توسط فاکتور رونویسی مرتبط با میکروفتالمی تنظیم می‌شود.^[۶][۷]
