گیرنده لنفوتوکسین بتا (انگلیسی: Lymphotoxin beta receptor) که با نام‌های اختصاری LTBR و CD18 هم شناخته می‌شود، یک گیرنده‌های سطح سلول برای لنفوتوکسین است که در رهاسازی سیتوکین و فرایند آپوپتوز نقش دارد.^[۴]^[۵]^[۶] این پروتئین یکی از اعضای ابرخانواده گیرنده‌های فاکتور نکروز تومور است.

عملکرد

این گیرنده در سطح بسیاری از سلول‌ها از جمله سلول‌های بافت پوششی و مغز استخوان (به‌جز لنفوسیت‌های تی و لنفوسیت‌های بی) یافت می‌شود. این گیرنده در رهاسازی اینترلوکین ۸ و رشد و سازمان‌دهی اندام‌های ثانویهٔ لنفاوی و همچنین رهاسازی سیتوکین‌ها نقش دارد..^[۷]

تعاملات شیمیایی

گیرنده لنفوتوکسین بتا با مولکول‌های همولوگ DIABLO^[۸] و TRAF3^[۹]^[۱۰]^[۱۱] تعامل پروتئین-پروتئین دارد.
