Milestone S.r.l. on italialainen videopelien kehittämiseen ja julkaisuun keskittynyt yritys, joka on perustettu Milanossa vuonna 1994. Yritys perustettiin nimellä Graffiti, mutta nimi muutettiin Milestoneksi vuonna 1996.[1]

THQ Nordic osti yrityksen vuonna 2019 44,9 miljoonalla eurolla.[2][3]
