PCPr:stä on kehitetty useita muita muunnoksia, joissa sen n-propyyliryhmä on korvattu 2-metoksietyyli-, 2-etoksietyyli tai 3-metoksipropyyliryhmillä jolloin on muodostunut PCMEA, PCEEA ja PCMPA -nimisiä aineita.[4][5][6]
