YBX1 (engl.Y box binding protein 1) on proteiini, josta käytetään yleisesti myös nimeä YB-1. Nimen YB-1 antoivat proteiinin löytäneet tutkijat.[1]
Proteiinin nykyiset tutkimukset painottuvat kyseisen proteiinin osallisuudesta erilaisiin syöpätyyppeihin ja erityisesti etäpesäkkeisiin ja niiden torjuntaan.
