On the Job: The Missing 8 é un filme filipino de 2021 dirixido por Erik Matti e escrito por Michiko Yamamoto. É a continuación do filme de 2013 On the Job, e conta a historia dun xornalista que investiga a desaparición misteriosa dos seus colegas, e un prisioneiro que é temporalmente liberado para levar a cabo asasinatos.^[2]

O filme estreouse o 10 de setembro de 2021 na 78ª edición do Festival Internacional de Cinema de Venecia, onde competiu polo León de Ouro e gañou a Copa Volpi ó mellor actor para John Arcilla. Foi escollido como candidato de Filipinas para o Óscar ó mellor filme internacional na 95ª edición dos premios, mais finalmente non foi nomeado.^[3]^[4]
