John Sebiyam Nabila be a Ghanaian politician, geographer, philanthropist den academic. He be Chief of de Kpasenkpe traditional area (Wulugu, Nameyela, Sariba, Nabari, Duu, Arigu, Dibsi Arba, etc.) insyd de North East Region of Ghana. Na he serve as de presido of de National House of Chiefs from 2008 to 2016.[1][2][3] Na he be a member of de Ghana National Petroleum Corporation board. Na he be de Minister for Information and Tourism insyd de Limann government.
