Adeyinka Falusi Gladys, FAS NPOM, ta kasan ce ita ƴar Nijeriya ne, kuma ita ce Farfesa na Hematology da kuma tsohon Daraktan Cibiyar Advanced Medical Research da kuma Training, College of Medicine, University of Ibadan.[1][2]

Ta kuma ƙware ne a cikin ilimin halittar ɗan adam, bioethics da kwayoyin halittu masu alaƙa da cututtukan jini na gado kamar cutar sikila da alpha-thalassemia.[3]

Ta fito ne daga jihar Ekiti, kudu maso yammacin Najeriya .Ta girma a Efon Alaaye a jihar Ekiti, Najeriya, Prof. Tsohuwar yarinya (Grace Oladunni Olaniyan, yanzu Prof. Taylor) wanda ke zaune a unguwarsu.[4] Ta yi karatun Chemistry a Jami'ar Ibadan (UI). Ta ci gaba da tafiya daga Chemistry zuwa Hematology (nazarin jini) a Kwalejin Medicine, Asibitin Kwalejin Jami'ar (UCH), Ibadan inda ta sami M.Phil a shekarar 1981 da PhD a shekarar 1986.[5][6]

Farfesa Falusi ta ziyarci kasashe da dama yana yin bincike kan kwayoyin halittar Cutar Sickle kafin ta zama Farfesa a shekarar 2001. Ita ce ta kafa kungiyar Sickle Cell Association of Nigeria (SCAN), a matsayinta na Wanda ta kafa,daga shekarar 2013 ta kasance Shugaban Gidauniyar Sickle Cell Hope Alive Foundation.[7] A shekara ta 2001, an nada ta shugabar Jami'ar Ibadan da Kwamitin Kula da Asibitin Kwalejin Kwalejin Jami'ar inda aka kafa kwamiti mai da'a na farko mai tsari da aiki a Najeriya a Jami'ar Ibadan a ƙarƙashin jagorancin ta. A wannan shekarar ce ta lashe lambar yabo ta L'Oréal-UNESCO ga Mata a Kimiyya.[8] Ta yi aiki a wannan matsayin na tsawon shekaru 4 kuma a 2005, ta zama mai gudanarwa na Cibiyar Sadarwar Najeriya don Da'awar Binciken Halittu a Afirka. [9]

A shekarar 2005, an ba ta lambar yabo ta National Productivity Order of Merit Fellowship kuma a shekarar 2009,[10] an zabe ta a matsayin abokiyar Cibiyar Kimiyya ta Najeriya, ƙungiyar koli mafi girma a Najeriya.[11] A shekarar 2013, ta sami lambar yabo ta jihar Ekiti kuma Kayode Fayemi, gwamnan jihar Ekiti ya yi mata ado.[12] An ba shi Kyautar Kyakkyawar Kulawa (ABC) Kyautar Mutum Mai Kyau don haɓaka jindadin masu cutar sikila a duniya da bayan kiran aiki a 2014.[4] Ta yi bincike kuma ta buga a cikin kwayoyin halittar wasu cututtukan da ba a iya yaɗuwa kamar su kansar nono, asma, zazzabin cizon sauro da kuma musamman haemoglobinopathies na ciwon sikila da thalassaemias da sauran masu canza kwayoyin halitta.
