Gloria Adwoa Amon Nikoi, née Addae (an haife shi 6 ga watan Yuni a shekara ta alif ɗari tara da ashirin da bakwai1927A.C[1][2] - 10 Nuwamba 2010) ta kasance jami'ar diflomasiyya ta Ghana wacce ta yi ministar harkokin waje a 1979 a karkashin gwamnatin Sojojin Sojan Kasa (AFRC). Ita ce mace 'yar Ghana ta farko da ta rike wannan matsayi.[3]

Ta halarci Kwalejin Achimota. Nikoi ta kasance mataimakiyar shugabar jakada a Majalisar Dinkin Duniya daga 1969 zuwa 1974.[4] Daga baya Gloria Nikoi ta yi aiki a matsayin babbar jami'a a ma'aikatar harkokin wajen Ghana.

Bayan juyin mulkin da sojoji suka yi a ranar 4 ga watan Yunin 1979 wanda ya hambarar da gwamnatin majalisar koli ta soja, an nada ta ministar harkokin waje na tsawon watanni hudu a cikin gwamnatin juyin juya hali ta sojojin kasar (AFRC) ta jirgin Laftanar Jerry Rawlings.[5] Wannan ya kare ne a ranar 24 ga Satumba, 1979, lokacin da aka kaddamar da Jamhuriyya ta Uku karkashin gwamnatin Dr. Hilla Limann ta Jama'ar Jama'a ta kasa.

Gloria Nikoi ta zama shugabar bankin gidaje da gine-gine na kasar Ghana a shekarar 1981. Ta kuma taba zama darakta a African Development Bank (AfDB).[6] Ta zama shugabar farko ta majalisar kasuwar hada-hadar hannayen jari ta Ghana lokacin da aka kaddamar da ita a ranar 12 ga Nuwamba, 1990.[7]

Ta yi aure da Amon Nikoi, tsohon Gwamnan Bankin Ghana kuma ministar kudi, wadda ta haifi ‘ya’ya uku tare da su.[3][8]
