Ikan kepala busuk (Saurida undosquamis) adalah sejenis ikan kadal, spesies demersal yang terdapat di Samudra Hindia Timur, Semenanjung Melayu, Jawa utara, Laut Arafura, Kepulauan Louisiade, Filipina selatan, dan Australia utara.[1][2] Laporan penyebarannya di wilayah Laut Merah dan pengantar ke Mediterania dipertanyakan.[3][4][5]
