Pelestarian film

Pelestarian film, preservasi film, atau restorasi film, menggambarkan serangkaian upaya berkelanjutan di antara sejarawan film, arsiparis, museum, sinematik, dan organisasi nirlaba untuk menyelamatkan stok film yang membusuk dan melestarikan gambar yang mereka bawa. Secara luas, preservasi memastikan bahwa sebuah film akan terus ada sesuai dengan bentuk aslinya sebanyak mungkin.
