Perlindungan anak

Perlindungan anak adalah perlindungan anak-anak dari kekerasan, eksploitasi, pelecehan dan gangguan. Pasal 19 dari Konvensi PBB tentang Hak Anak menyediakan perlindungan anak di dalam dan di luar rumah.

Dalam Undang-undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia tahun 1945, tercantumkan bahwa Negara menjamin hak anak atas kelangsungan hidup, tumbuh dan berkembang, serta perlindungan dari kekerasan dan diskriminasi^[1].
