‘Umar ibn ‘Abdallah ibn Marwan[1] atau ‘Amr ibn ‘Ubaydallah ibn Marwan,[2] bermarga al-Aqta’, "si tangan satu", dan disebut Amer atau Ambros (bahasa Yunani: Ἄμερ or Ἄμβρος) di sumber-sumber Romawi Timur,[1] adalah emir semi-independen Malatya dari tahun 830an hingga kematiannya di Pertempuran Lalakaon pada 3 September 863. Pada masanya, ia merupakan salah satu musuh terbesar Kekaisaran Romawi Timur di front timur,[3] dan menjadi tokoh penting dalam sastra epos Arab dan Turki.
