Blómsveifa^[1] (fræðiheiti: Syrphus torvus^[2]) er algeng flugutegund á Íslandi og áberandi með gulan og svartan lit áþekkt geitungum og býflugum. Lirfurnar éta blaðlýs, en flugurnar nærast á blómasafa og frjókornum.

Útbreiðslan er holarktísk.^[3]^[4]
