バラル・クチンスキー（Berl Kutchinsky、1935年 - 1995年）は、デンマークのコペンハーゲン大学の犯罪学教授[1][2]。ポルノグラフィの公衆衛生への影響に関する研究で国際的に有名となった。

彼が拠点を置くデンマークは、1969年にハードコアポルノを合法化した最初の国となり[1][3]、1970年に、スウェーデン、1973年に西ドイツが後に続いて合法化した[1]。そのため、クチンスキーはポルノグラフィの影響を大規模に研究することができる独特の立場にあった。クチンスキーは、これらの3か国の犯罪統計に関する広範な調査を実施した[1]。彼は、ポルノグラフィの消費量の増加が性暴力の増加に繋がらないということを発見した[1]。彼は、デンマークにおける児童性的虐待の割合を含む、特定の性犯罪の発生率が実際に低下したことを指摘した[1]。
