マーサ・フィネモア(Martha Gail Finnemore, 1959年 - )は、アメリカ合衆国の国際政治学者。ジョージ・ワシントン大学教授。
ハーバード大学卒業後、シドニー大学で修士号、スタンフォード大学で博士号取得。
構成主義の視点から国際社会における規範の変容を考察している。2023年、ヨハン・スクデ政治学賞受賞[1]。
