ロバート・クラーク・ジョーンズ（Robert Clark Jones、1916年6月30日 - 2004年4月26日）は、アメリカ合衆国の物理学者である。光学を専門とする。

ハーバード大学で1941年にPh.D.を取得した。1944年までベル研究所に在籍し、その後ポラロイド社に移籍して1982年に退職した。1941年から1956年にかけて発表した論文の中で、コヒーレント光の偏光を記述する数学的モデルであるジョーンズ計算法を提唱した。

ウィリアム・シュルクリフ（英語版）は著書"Polarized Light: Production and Use"（偏光: 製法と利用）の序文でジョーンズのことを称賛している。

ジョーンズ計算法の発明者であるR・クラーク・ジョーンズ博士に対する著者の恩義は計ることのできないものである。ストークスベクトル（英語版）、ミュラー計算法、ジョーンズ計算法を取り扱った部分は、彼の長年にわたる丹念な指導がなければ書けなかった[1]。
