Kabab koobideh ( Pèrsi: کباب کوبیده‎‎ ) Utawa Kobida ( Pèrsi: کوبیده‎‎ ) Iku sawijining Iranian kabab daging digawe saka daging sapi, [1] asring mrico lemah lan bawang disigar . [2]

Kabab koobideh panggang ing tusuk sate sing wiyar lan rata, umume nganggo areng, lan disedhiyakake nganggo polo ( pilaf beras Iran nganggo minyak, uyah lan safron), disertai tomat lan bawang panggang. Sumac biasane dadi rempah-rempah dekorasi meja.
