Pol sambola ( Sinhala ), utawa thenkai sambal ( Tamil ), yaiku salah sawijining jinis olahan panganan tradisional Sri Lankan sing digawe saka klapa, umume digunakake minangka iringan nasi, hopper, hopper lan kari. [1] Iku klapa relish, dumadi saka klapa anyar grated, shallots, pepe kabèh Rica (utawa bubuk lombok), jus jeruk, uyah lan iwak Maldive. [2]
