Universalismus moralis

Universalismus moralis sive moralitas universalis est doctrina metaëthica quae certas rationes ethicas, ethicam universalem, universe apud omnes qui in eadem causa sunt valere praecipit,[1] neglectis cultura, phyle, sexu, religione, civitate, propensione sexuali aliisve proprietatibus.[2] Universalismus moralis nihilismo morali et relativismo morali adversatur. Non tamen omnes formae universalismi moralis in absolutismum inclinant, nec necessario monismo morali favent. Multa enim sunt universalismi genera, sicut utilitarismus, quae non ad absolutismum inclinant, immo ad pluralismum vertunt, sicut placita Isaiae Berlin.

Praeter rationes realismi moralis universalismus moralis alias quoque rationes morales cognitivisticas comprehendit, sicut theoriam observatoris perfecti subiectivisticam et voluntarismum theologicum,[3] nec non praescriptivismum universalem, theoriam non cognitivisticam.[4]
