Evangeline Barongo Munnayuganda, muwandiisi w'akatabo k'abaana aka children's literature. Barongo ye mutandisi w'ekitongole kya Uganda Children’s Writers and Illustrators Association (UCWIA), omukutu oguleeta awamu abawandiisi b'obutabo bw'abaana, abakwasaganya etterekero ly'obutabo, abasomesa, ab'abfulumya obutabo n'abatunzi b'obutabo.[1] Mmemba mu kibiina kya Reading Association of Uganda (RAU), Uganda Library and Information Association ne International Board on Books for Young People (IBBY) Uganda chapter eky'atandikibwawo mu 2004.[2][3][4] Aweereza ku kakiiko ka National Book Trust of Uganda okuva lw'ekyatandikibwawo mu 1997.[5]
