അയേൺ വുഡ്[1], എന്നറിയപ്പെടുന്ന അക്കേഷ്യ എസ്ട്രോഫിയോലേറ്റ, സതേൺ അയേൺ വുഡ്,[2] ഡെസേർട്ട് അയേൺ വുഡ്, [3]ഉത്ജാനിപ[4]എന്നുമറിയപ്പെടുന്നു. മധ്യ ഓസ്ട്രേലിയയിലെ ഒരു വൃക്ഷമാണിത്. മന്ദഗതിയിലുള്ള വളർച്ചാ നിരക്കും, വരൾച്ചയിലും മഞ്ഞിലും നിലനിൽക്കാനുള്ള കഴിവും ഈ വൃക്ഷത്തിൻറെ സവിശേഷതയാണ്. വൃക്ഷം നല്ലൊരു നാൽക്കാലിത്തീറ്റയായി ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നു.[5]ഭക്ഷ്യയോഗ്യമായ വിത്തുകളിൽ 28.9% പ്രോട്ടീൻ കാണപ്പെടുന്നു.[6]
