മധ്യകാല ഇന്ത്യയിലെ പഞ്ചാബ് ദേശത്ത് ജീവിച്ചിരുന്ന ഒരു യോദ്ധാവാണ് ദുല്ല ഭട്ടി (Dulla Bhatti). (മരണം 1599). പഞ്ചാബിന്റെ പുത്രൻ, പഞ്ചാബിലെ റോബിൻഹുഡ് എന്നെല്ലാം അറിയപ്പെട്ടിരുന്ന ഇദ്ദേഹം അക്‌ബറിന്റെ ഭരണകാലത്ത് മുഗൾ സാമ്രാജ്യത്തിനെതിരെ കലാപം ഉണ്ടാക്കിയതിന് പ്രസിദ്ധനാണ്.

ഭട്ടിയുടെ കഥകൾ നാടോടിക്കഥകളുടെ രൂപം കൈവരിക്കുകയും അതിന് ഒരു വീരപരിവേഷം വരികയും ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്.[1]
