ദുബായ് ആസ്ഥാനമായി പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ സംരംഭകനും വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ ജീവകാരുണ്യ പ്രവർത്തകനുമാണ് സണ്ണി വർക്കി. കുട ബിസിനസ്സ് കമ്പനി ആയ വർക്കി ഗ്രൂപ്പിന്റെ ചെയർമാനും ജീവകാരുണ്യ വർക്കി ഫൗണ്ടേഷന്റെ സ്ഥാപകനും ട്രസ്റ്റിയുമാണ്. യുനെസ്കോ ഗുഡ് വിൽ അംബാസഡർ കൂടിയാണ് സണ്ണി.[3]

9 ഏപ്രിൽ 1957 ൽ കേരളത്തിലെ റാന്നിയിലാണ് സണ്ണി ജനിച്ചത്.[4][5] യുഎഇ രാജ്യം വളരെ അവികസിതമായിരുന്ന 1959 ൽ സണ്ണിയുടെ കുടുംബം ദുബായിലേക്ക് താമസം മാറി.
