Cielito "Honeylet" Salvador Avanceña (lahir 17 Februari 1970[1]) ialah seorang ahli perniagaan wanita Filipina. Dia terkenal sebagai rakan kongsi semasa Presiden Filipina Rodrigo Duterte.[2] Avanceña dan Duterte telah menjalinkan hubungan sejak sekurang-kurangnya 1996 dan mempunyai seorang anak perempuan bernama Veronica.

Tidak lama selepas pelantikan suaminya sebagai presiden, Avanceña tidak dinamakan sebagai Wanita Pertama. Anak tirinya Sara telah dicadangkan untuk memenuhi peranan sebaliknya.[3] yang tidak menerima tawaran itu.[4][5] Avanceña akan menjalankan peranan yang biasanya dilakukan oleh Wanita Pertama.[6]

Beliau telah mengambil gambar bersama dengan Duterte dan Perdana Menteri Malaysia, Mahathir Mohamad serta isterinya pada tahun 2019.
