Denne artikkelen er en diskografi for Apple Records, et plateselskap stiftet i 1968 av The Beatles. I tillegg til å gi ut The Beatles' arbeid (selv om rettighetene lå hos EMI), hadde Apple flere andre innspillende artister og publiserende artister. Den første gruppen som hadde sitt arbeid publisert av søsterselskapet Apple Publishing var Grapefruit, deres singel Dear Delilah ble gitt ut av RCA i tidlig 1968. Dette ledet ikke til at de ga ut noen sanger på Apple Records. (Innspillingen fant sted i London tidlig 1967, og produseren var den amerikanske Terry Melcher fra The Byrds berømmelse).
