Bijayshree Routray (født 28. juli 1953 i Orissa i India, død 2. juni 2021) [1] var en indisk politiker.[2]

Han tilhørte partiet Janata Dal og representerte valgkretsene Basudevpur fra 1990 til 2019[3][4] og var også minister i delstatsregjeringen.[5][6]

Routray døde av covid-19 i en alder av 67 år.[7]
