Ma Zhongchen (kinesisk: 马忠臣, født 1936 i Tai'an i provinsen Shandong i Kina, død 2021) var en kinesisk kommunistisk politiker.

Han ble medlem av det kinesiske kommunistparti i 1956. Han steg i gradene og ble guvernør for Henan i 1993, og u mars 1998 partisekretær for kommunistpartiet i Henan.

Han var medlem av det kinesiske kommunistpartis 15. sentralkomite.
