Macrocoma er en slekt av biller som tilhører familiegruppen bladbiller (Chrysomelidae).
Middelsstore, brede, matt mørke bladbiller, oftest med noe metallisk glans. Kroppen er fint og spredt hårete. Antennene er nokså korte og tynne, ikke noe særlig lengre enn hode + pronotum. Pronotum er rundet, bredere enn langt, lite smalere enn dekkvingene, som er nokså jevnbrede. Beina er ganske kraftige, lårene fortykkede med en liten tann på undersiden.
Både larvene og de voksne (imago) er planteetere.
Slekten forekommer i Afrika, Asia og det sørlige Europa (11 arter i Europa [2]).
