Megalosphecia is een geslacht van vlinders uit de familie wespvlinders (Sesiidae), onderfamilie Sesiinae.
Megalosphecia is voor het eerst wetenschappelijk beschreven door Le Cerf in 1916. De typesoort is Megalosphecia gigantipes.[1]
