Paranthrenella is een geslacht van vlinders uit de familie wespvlinders (Sesiidae), onderfamilie Sesiinae.

Paranthrenella is voor het eerst wetenschappelijk beschreven door Strand in 1916. De typesoort is Paranthrene formosicola.^[1]
