Tarteletto-Isorex is een Belgische wielerploeg. De ploeg is actief in de UCI Continentale circuits, het derde niveau van het internationale wielrennen.

De ploeg ontstond in 2010 als voortzetting van Yawadoo-Colba-ABM. Tussen 2011 en 2013 was het toenmalige Colba-Superano Ham een continentale wielerploeg. In 2014 kwam de ploeg uit in het nationale circuit, maar sinds 2015 maakt het wederom deel uit van de continentale circuits.
