ସୋଟୋରାସିବ, ବେପାର ନାମ ଲୁଟାକ୍ରାସ୍ ଏବଂ ଲୁମିକ୍ରାସ୍, ଏକ ଅଣ-ଛୋଟ-ଜୀବକୋଷ ଫୁସଫୁସ କର୍କଟ (NSCLC) ରୋଗର ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ଏକ ଔଷଧ ।[୪] ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦିଷ୍ଟ ଭାବରେ ଏହା ପ୍ରଗତି ହୋଇଥିବା ରୋଗ ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ ଯେଉଁଥିରେ କେଆରଏ‌ଏସ ଜି୧୨ସି ମ୍ୟଟେସନ ହୋଇଛି (KRAS G12C-ମ୍ୟୁଟେସନ୍) ଏବଂ ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ବିଫଳ ହୋଇଛି ।[୪] [୩] ଏହା ପାଟିଦ୍ୱାରା ନିଆଯାଏ | [୪]

ସାଧାରଣ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ତରଳ ଝାଡ଼ା, କଙ୍କାଳୀୟ ମାଂସପେଶୀ ଯନ୍ତ୍ରଣା, ଅଇ, ଥକାପଣ, ଯକୃତ ନଷ୍ଟ ଏବଂ କାଶ ହୋଇପାରେ।[୪] ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଇଣ୍ଟରସ୍ଟିସିଆଲ୍ ଫୁସଫୁସ ରୋଗ ହୋଇପାରେ ।[୪] ଗର୍ଭାବସ୍ଥାରେ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଅସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ ଅଟେ।[୪] ଏହା କେଆରଏଏସ ପି ଜି ୧୨ ସି (KRAS p. G12C) ମ୍ୟୁଟେସନ ଥିବା ଆର ଏ ଏସ ଜିଟିପେଜ ((RAS GTPase) ପରିବାରର ନିରୋଧୀ ଭାବରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ଷମ ପରିବାରର ହୁଏ । [୪] [୬]

୨୦୨୧ ମସିହାରେ ଏବଂ ୨୦୨୨ ମସିହାରେ ୟୁରୋପରେ ସୋଟୋରାସିବକୁ ଡାକ୍ତରୀ ବ୍ୟବହାର ପାଇଁ ଅନୁମୋଦନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା [୪][୩] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଏକ ମାସର ଔଷଧ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ୬୯୦୦ ପାଉଣ୍ଡ ଥିଲା। [୭] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ଏହି ରାଶିର ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ପ୍ରାୟ ୧୮ ,୯୦୦ ଡଲାର ଥିଲା ।[୮]
