Bachíniva is a toun in the Mexican state o Chihuahua. It serves as the municipal seat for the surroondin municipality o the same name. It wis foondit bi Franciscan missionaries on 8 September 1660 as Santa María de Nativitas de Bachimba.
In 1995, the toun haed a total population o 2,222.[1]
