Peugeot ROA

The Peugeot ROA is an Iranian-made caur (bi Iran Khodro Co.). It is a developt version o the Peugeot RD 1600. The caur is a combination o the Paykan an Peugeot 405. Upon first glance[wrang wird or uiss o Scots] it mey easily be mistaen for a Peugeot 405. Housomeivver the ingine an chassis are completely different as it is developt on the Paykan's chassis, an despite haein a bouk based on the Peugeot 405, it is a rear wheel drive caur.

The ingine is a modifiee'd version o the Paykan 1600. The ingine specifications are as follaes:

  • No. o bearins: 5
  • Cylinder diameter: 87.3 cm
  • Cylinder material: Aluminium
  • Cylinder pitch: 66.7 mm
  • Maximum Ingine pouer: 61 kW at 5000 RPM
  • Maximum Ingine torque: 135 Nm at 3000 RPM
  • Compression ratio: 9.5:1
  • Ignition sequence: 1-3-4-2
