Acilglicerolna lipaza (EC 3.1.1.23, monoacilglicerolna lipaza, monoacilglicerolipaza, monogliceridna lipaza, monogliceridna hidrolaza, masna acil monoestarska lipaza, monoacilglicerolna hidrolaza, monogliceridillipaza, monogliceridaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom glicerol-estar acilhidrolaza.^[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

hidrolizuje glicerolne monoestre dugolančanih masnih kiselina
