Diacilglicerol kinaza (EC 2.7.1.107, digliceridna kinaza, 1,2-diacilglicerolna kinaza (fosforilacija), 1,2-diacilglicerolna kinaza, sn-1,2-diacilglicerolna kinaza, DG kinaza, DGK, ATP:diacilglicerol fosfotransferaza, arahidonoil-specifična diacilglicerolna kinaza, diacilglicerol:ATP kinaza, ATP:1,2-diacilglicerol 3-fosfotransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP:1,2-diacil-sn-glicerol 3-fosfotransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

ATP + 1,2-diacil-sn-glicerol ADP + 1,2-diacil-sn-glicerol 3-fosfat
