Glukoza-1-fosfat uridililtransferaza (EC 2.7.7.9, UDP glukozna pirofosforilaza, glukoza-1-fosfatna uridililtransferaza, UDPG fosforilaza, UDPG pirofosforilaza, uridin 5'-difosfoglukoza pirofosforilaza, uridin difosfoglukozna pirofosforilaza, uridin difosfat-D-glukozna pirofosforilaza, uridin-difosfat glukozna pirofosforilaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom UTP:alfa-D-glukoza-1-fosfat uridililtransferaza.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
